FOX One's Connor Onion and Spencer Tillman bring the Nevada @ UTEP kickoff on Saturday

The NCAA Division I Football Selection Series match pitting the Nevada against UTEP, scheduled for the 11 October 2026 kickoff, will be called through FOX One, also known as Fox Sports 1, a United States-based channel that is part of the Fox Sports family of broadcasts. The game will be commentated by play-by-play announcer Connor Onion alongside analyst Spencer Tillman, the pair working together for the first time on a kickoff.

Who is on screen

Connor Onion has been a fixture at Fox Sports since 2023. In November 2023, he was paired with Bill Raftery, one of the voices of the Men's Basketball Final Four, for a matchup between #4 Michigan State and #9 Tennessee. That day, in front of a crowd of 92,003 at Nebraska's Memorial Stadium on 30 August 2023, he broadcast world history.

Spencer Tillman joined FOX Sports in 2015 as a college football game analyst, reuniting with play-by-play announcer and longtime colleague Tim Brando. He had previously been a running back at Oklahoma, as well as in the NFL with the Houston Oilers and San Francisco 49ers.
